ProveIT Conference 2026 marked an important milestone for the Itanta team. This year was not just about participation — it was about launching a new capability, demonstrating real industrial use cases, and collaborating closely with partners to solve realistic operational scenarios. As Silver Sponsors, we were actively involved across demonstrations, our ProveIT session, and hands-on workshops, while engaging with engineers, system integrators, and technology leaders from across industries. One of the biggest highlights for us at this year's event was the official launch of Prompt-to-Insights (PTI). PTI introduces a new way for industrial teams to interact with their operational data by allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive meaningful insights instantly. Throughout the event, visitors showed strong interest in this approach, especially those dealing with delays in reporting, dependency on technical teams, and challenges in investigating production or batch-level issues. The response to PTI confirmed what many organizations are already realizing — faster access to answers directly impacts how quickly teams can respond and improve operations. Demonstrating Enterprise B and Enterprise C Use Cases A major part of our participation at ProveIT involved working with the Enterprise B and Enterprise C virtual factory environments. These environments provided realistic industrial datasets and production workflows, allowing sponsors to demonstrate how their solutions perform under practical conditions. For us, this meant taking raw, distributed data and turning it into usable insights that participants could explore during live demonstrations, sessions, and workshops. Enterprise B represented a multi-site beverage bottling enterprise producing liquid consumer products across three geographically distributed facilities. The production process included batch liquid preparation followed by high-speed rinse, fill, cap, label, and palletizing operations. Using this dataset, we integrated data from multiple sites into a unified structure and demonstrated how performance across lines and locations could be analyzed from a single view. We showed how production metrics could be visualized clearly and how trends across plants could be explored without relying on manually built reports. During live demonstrations, we also used PTI to ask operational questions directly on the Enterprise B dataset, allowing visitors to see how quickly site-level and line-level insights could be generated and understood. Enterprise C presented a very different but equally important scenario based on Point Three Therapeutics (PTT), a paper-based biopharmaceutical startup producing enzymes through fed-batch fermentation. In this case, the challenge was not the lack of equipment data, but the presence of disconnected information and heavy reliance on paper-based workflows. Using Enterprise C data, we demonstrated how raw batch information and edge-level connectivity could be integrated into a structured environment where process data became easier to analyze and visualize. We showed how batch-level insights could be explored more efficiently and how traceability across production steps could be improved once data was organized into a usable format. Across both Enterprise B and Enterprise C, the focus remained consistent — integrate, analyze, and visualize industrial data in a way that makes it easier to understand what is happening in production. By working with two very different industries — beverage manufacturing and life sciences — we were able to demonstrate how the same structured approach to data supports faster troubleshooting, clearer performance visibility, and better-informed operational decisions. Collaboration With Industry Partners ProveIT created an excellent environment for collaboration, bringing together organizations with different areas of expertise to work toward shared industrial goals. During the event, we had the opportunity to collaborate closely with several valued partners, including Scott Malcolm from Clarien Solutions, Karla Gonzalez and Alfonso Trujillo from ANK Solutions, Andrew Mellor from Prevision Systems, and Mervyn Betts from BettsM Controls. Working together across Enterprise B and Enterprise C scenarios allowed us to demonstrate how integrated solutions can be built by combining different strengths and technologies. In addition to these collaborations, we were also supported by the 4.0 Solutions team, whose leadership and coordination played an important role in shaping the ProveIT experience. Their efforts in building realistic industrial environments such as Enterprise B and Enterprise C made it possible for sponsors to demonstrate meaningful use cases using practical datasets. Being part of this ecosystem allowed us to contribute to a shared vision of making industrial data more usable and actionable. These collaborations made the demonstrations more meaningful and realistic, as multiple perspectives were brought together to solve common challenges. Many discussions during the event focused on how strong partnerships help simplify deployment, reduce engineering effort, and accelerate the delivery of usable industrial insights for customers. Strong Engagement During Our ProveIT Session Our ProveIT session became one of the most engaging moments of the conference, generating significant interaction from the audience. Participants showed strong interest in the practical aspects of working with industrial data, asking detailed questions about real-world applications and how similar approaches could be implemented within their own environments. In total, 39 questions were raised during the session, making it one of the most interactive discussions at the event. The level of engagement was so high that the Q&A had to be stopped due to time limitations, with several attendees continuing conversations afterward. This strong participation reflected the growing interest across industries in solutions that help teams move faster from identifying issues to understanding them clearly. Rather than focusing on theory, the session centered on practical industrial scenarios using Enterprise B and Enterprise C data. The discussions highlighted how structured data and easy-to-use analytics tools can help teams respond more quickly to operational challenges and make better-informed decisions. Hands-On Workshop Participation In addition to the ProveIT session, our hands-on workshop created another valuable opportunity to interact directly with participants. The workshop allowed attendees to explore realistic industrial scenarios using Enterprise data and understand how integrated data environments support faster analysis and visualization. Participants were able to see how structured data simplifies troubleshooting and improves understanding of production behavior. The interactive format encouraged deeper discussions, with attendees asking questions related to their own workflows and facilities. Many participants appreciated the practical approach of the workshop, as it closely reflected the types of challenges they encounter in daily operations. The strong participation and engagement during the workshop highlighted the growing interest in solutions that make industrial data more accessible and easier to use. Industry Feedback on Prompt-to-Insights (PTI) One of the most encouraging aspects of launching Prompt-to-Insights (PTI) at ProveIT was the direct feedback received from industry professionals who experienced the platform firsthand. Many visitors spent time interacting with live datasets, exploring different use cases, and discussing how similar approaches could be applied within their own operations. Karla Gonzalez from ANK Solutions noted that "the learning curve for Prompt-to-Insights is much lower and it is very easy to use." This observation reflected what many attendees experienced — the ability to begin exploring industrial data quickly without extensive setup or specialized expertise. Walker Reynolds from 4.0 Solutions emphasized the broader impact of the platform, stating that "Prompt to Insights is really the first platform that brings data analytics directly to the citizen developer and enables them to pivot data and create widgets and dashboards." His perspective highlighted the importance of empowering more users within organizations to work directly with operational data. Scott Malcolm from Clarien Solutions shared his enthusiasm after working closely with the platform during the event, commenting that "Prompt to Insights is really going to change how people view their data, get their information out, and just run their business. It's an incredible product." Feedback like this reinforced the strong response seen throughout demonstrations and discussions. Hearing these perspectives from experienced industry professionals made the launch of PTI particularly meaningful and confirmed the growing need for tools that simplify how data is explored and used. Looking Ahead Participating in ProveIT 2026 as Silver Sponsors and launching PTI during the event made this year especially significant for the Itanta team. Demonstrating real-world capabilities using Enterprise B and Enterprise C, collaborating closely with partners, and engaging deeply with industry professionals created a highly productive and memorable experience. More importantly, the event reinforced a clear industry direction — organizations are not just looking to collect data, but to use it more effectively and respond faster to operational challenges. The conversations started at ProveIT will continue to shape how we support manufacturers and partners moving forward, as the demand for faster, more accessible insights continues to grow. We sincerely thank everyone who visited our booth, attended our ProveIT session, and participated in our workshop. We look forward to continuing these discussions and building on the momentum created during ProveIT 2026. Turn Data Into Decisions. Instantly!
